Last night I went to the airport to pick up my parents who are visiting for a week. Unfortunately I wore my invisibility cloak when I walked into the airport. This *must* be the case, because there can be no other explanation for what happened when I arrived.

I parked the car (stupidly ended up in the paid parking rather than the 20 minute free parking) and walked into the airport. I had a quick look at the cafe as I entered in case they were still sitting there. They weren’t at the cafe so I started heading over to the other cafe. It was then that I saw my mum and grandma walking away from me. I called out several times (I thought it was quite loud, but since I’m recovering from my Man Cold, it might not have been as loud as intended), but they didn’t hear me. Then I noticed that they were walking towards my dad and he was looking directly at me so I started waving. Still no joy. Mum and grandma then joined up with dad and they started talking about where I might be. Dad said that normally they just go out of the front entrance. By this point I was right beside them. It was only when I said hello that they finally noticed me!
