Over the last few days, mummy and daddy have been teaching me to throw and catch. I think I’m getting quite good at it now. Yesterday when mummy was throwing the ball to me, I was only able to catch it when she threw it right into my arms. I thought I was doing quite well. I have also been practising my throwing. Last night in the bath I threw a cup at Shira. Mummy and daddy were very upset with me because Shira got hurt and was crying. She got over it quite quickly. She’s clever like that. She can fall over or trap her fingers or lots of things really and she always starts crying. But I know it doesn’t hurt her too much because within about thirty seconds (oh yes, daddy helped me count to 30 to-day as well), she is all smiley and happy again. She is lots of fun to play with. I like playing with her. I sometimes play peekaboo with her. She laughs so much. It’s such fun. When we go in the bath together, we kick our legs at the same time and make lots of splashings. I think mummy and daddy like it too because they laugh when we do it. I think maybe they should get in the bath as well sometimes. It really is good fun. Anyway, this evening just before bathtime, daddy was helping me to throw and catch. I even managed to catch the ball properly without it just landing in my arms like it normally does. Daddy was very impressed. He called mummy so that mummy would see as well, but mummy kept turning away when I did it. When I finally did it for her to see, she clapped her hands. Shira can clap her hands. She sometimes claps when we play the mugus (mummy and daddy are so silly they keep telling me that it’s called music, but I know better). I sing her songs and she dances along to those as well. I quite like having a little sister. She can be lots of fun. She can cry lots, but I don’t think she always is actually crying. I think she pretends. I like playing with her.
