After yesterday, when we had the washing machine man in the morning, the roof man (we were getting rained on through the roof) come at lunchtime and the blinds fix-it man to show our landlord all the blinds he fixed in the evening, it was quite nice not to have any workmen come today. So we got a random knock on the door looking for our landlords to ask why they had stopped pursuing their insurance claim. Maybe tomorrow we’ll have an altogether peaceful day?
