We called up someone who was highly recommended to fix our washing machine. He wasn’t available, so he gave us the number of someone who was available. We called up and he was going to be busy for the rest of the day, but would call in the evening to come round. By 8p.m. we’d not heard from him so tried to call. We finally got through at 9:15 and he was too sick to come. We waited a whole day for him to come and then he didn’t even bother to call to let us know that he couldn’t make it!
